Wally (Am/Can Ch Bivins Frieslands Tennessee Waltz NA NAJ CD V) was bred to Ed (Ch Frieslands Edsger Frost JH), and we have four puppies, two boys and two girls, born May 8. This breeding has been planned since Ed's semen was collected three years ago. Oldtime breeders had a philosophy that some of the best results occur when the sire of the sire is also the grandsire of the dam on the dam's side. I am practicing this philosophy as Ch Normans Greywind Robert Frost BROM is Ed's sire and Wally's grandsire on her mother's side. I am hoping to consolidate the best traits of my dogs in this litter.
