When we evaluated the Sunny/Steed litter, the Rainbow Girl's enthusiasm grabbed us.  Tumbles has grown up to be very pretty and remains very enthusiastic, and we expect this girl to be an eager and biddable performance dog.

Tumbles was in the breed ring briefly in the fall of 2018 and quickly earned seven points and a major.  She earned the remaining points, including a four point major, in March 2019.  Tumbles has been spending time in Nashville with me and in Charleston with her co-owner Mary Ann Hall who owns her sire.  She has begun training in obedience and is swimming, retrieving, and getting bird exposure.  Now that she has finished her breed championship, we will focus more intensely on performance events.

Tumbles has begun competing in rally and has earned two legs toward her RN.  She is training in obedience, agility, and tracking in addition to rally.

Tumbles made a brief foray back into the breed ring at the Eastern Futurity and Maturity in September of 2019 and was named Best Bitch in Futurity!!!   We were thrilled with her performance at the 2019 WCA National where she made the final cut in breed and earned her Rally Novice title.

2020 was a difficult year with few shows and abbreviated training.  Tumbles made the end of the year much better when after being bred to Teddy, she gave birth to two lovely puppies on December 20.  We repeated the breeding to Teddy in the late spring of 2021 and were pleased to welcome four puppies in July. See the Teddy/Thumbelina Puppy pages for images of these two litters.  Lily, one puppy from this litter remained in Nashville with me, and now has her own page.

In May of 2022, Tumbles moved to Indiana to live what was supposed to be the life of leisure with Lynn Berryman.  She has been rechristened Tommi and, to her surprise, is now training again.  She and Lynn have been very active over the last year and have earned a number of titles.  I have a feeling the future will hold even more.  I was absouluely thrilled when Lynn called to tell me that she and Tommi had earned her CD.  They are also having fun with Fast CATS and I think I see more rally in Tommi's future.
